Michael started his career as a Motorcycle Racer on the Faurskov race track course near Randers in 2004. In his rookie season he rode a Honda NSR 80cc and participated in the Danish championships on the small race tracks with good results. Since then he has participated in major international competitions, including European Championship in 2007. After racing in the 125cc class, he moved to a 600cc with approximate a 100 break horsepower more, and in 2011 he took the final step to the Superbike class, which is 1000cc motorcycles, where he won the Danish championship in 2013.
